About REACH

REACH is the European Community Regulation on chemicals and their safe use (EC 1907/2006) . This Regulation is intended to ensure protection of human health and the environment. The REACH Regulation became effective in Europe on July 1st, 2007.

QINLON has made the necessary preparations to comply with the REACH Regulation. The REACH Regulation has different requirements for "Chemicals and Preparations" and "Articles". All of the products promoted by QINLON website are articles .

The identification of a substance as a Substance of Very High Concern (SVHC) , and its inclusion in the Candidate List creates the duty to transfer information about the SVHC contained in products to recipient from suppliers in Europe . QINLON's for our customers outside Europe, Murata provides the information necessary to comply with the duty to transfer information when the customers products that incorporate our products or our products, are brought into Europe.

It does not impose any restrictions on the use of the products, nor is it a substance ban.

To the present and best of our knowledge, and based upon the information available to us from our suppliers, QINLON's current Piezoelectric buzzer offered contain substances of very high concern (SVHC) , as identified in the amended Candidate List, above a limit of 0.1 % w/w.
